How can I change some aspects of the mod myself?

I didn't knew I could make this kind of questions! I hope you help me:

 

-How may I change to the old HUD UI? I like the new inventory UI, but I prefer the old on of the HUD.

 

-How may I sell the ammo and common pistols (PM, PB, Fort, etc) again like before the mod?
