I finally found it, but it's harder than I thought.
I think I'd seen this map in an "arsenal" modification that I never fully translated (too many weapons for my taste).

I've got a problem further down the line:
I have to rescue Koltsov but, whatever the attack option, he comes out in the middle of the other npgs and dies before he can speak.
What can I do?

I've done it more than ten times, and he always comes out in the firefight.
