@bortmeh @tihik Если вкратце, то переброс лута не помог, вылет все так же оставался. Удалил игру скопировав user.ltx и парочку сейвов, и заново установил с последним патчем перебросив user.ltx и сейвы в папки userdata и savedgames соотвественно. Вылет пропал. Всем кто пробовал и помагал спасибо. 

Если интересно то где-то вычитал что проблема могла бить в том, что какому то предмету в реестре поставилось нулевое значение и поэтому вылет и был, но вот почему именно после нажатия esc с любой вкладки кпк.

Помогла перестановка с переносом сейвов и user.ltx
